Being a general dentist was fun and this week will mark the end of it for me. At least for a while and hopefully forever. It is a somewhat sad and somewhat happy transition. This is a huge change, from going from a mainly surgical type of practice to a completely non-surgical practice. Many questions still loom, whether it was a wise move or not. Will OMFR as a specialty take off or will I go back to practicing general dentistry? Right now is the cusp of change for OMFR. I am very excited about the field and the future of it.
I have been getting things ready, slowly packing my things and preparing for the big move.
